On behalf of a fast-growing alternative lending business operating in the Irish real estate finance market, we are looking to hire two Portfolio Management professionals.
Due to continued growth of the business, we are looking to hire an Analyst as well as a Manager. Both roles sit at the heart of the business, covering the full lifecycle of a loan from initial credit assessment through to execution, drawdown, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Portfolio Manager
A more senior hire, likely 5+ years in a lending environment. You will take ownership of deal execution, manage external solicitors, and play a leading role in portfolio management and credit monitoring.
Portfolio Analyst / Senior Associate
A strong analyst-level hire, likely 2-5 years of experience in lending, credit, or real estate finance. You will support deal execution, credit analysis, loan servicing, and reporting across the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Executing debt financing transactions across bridging and real estate finance projects
- Reviewing and preparing loan and security documentation, and managing external solicitors
- Preparing and analysing credit applications
- Liaising with borrowers, valuers, solicitors, and other professionals throughout the loan lifecycle
- Loan servicing and ongoing portfolio management, including credit monitoring
- Managing client onboarding and preparing portfolio reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a lending environment; real estate finance, property, or commercial lending preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
