Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a PMO – Head of Projects and Operations. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. The role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring optimal efficiency, and liaising with key stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes. The position also requires providing strategic direction to enhance operational excellence and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management, including overseeing complex initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in effective Budgeting to manage resources efficiently and achieve targeted financial outcomes.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage multifaceted operations and guide teams towards achieving goals.
- Experience in event or project-based industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is a strong asset.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
