Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the manufacturing site, providing accurate reporting, cost control, and strong analytical support to operational and senior management teams in line with IFRS standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments
- Strong experience in cost control, financial reporting, and industrial accounting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and month-end closing processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments (mandatory)
- Previous experience as Plant Controller or Finance Manager in heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX in manufacturing settings
- Experience in multinational or multi-site environments
- Strong business partnering skills with operational teams
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full financial control of the industrial site (P&L, production costs, OPEX and CAPEX)
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Analyse budget vs actual variances and recommend corrective actions to management
- Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs (unit cost, efficiency, productivity)
- Strengthen internal control systems and financial compliance frameworks
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the plant
- Act as a finance business partner to operations and supply chain teams
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes
- Liaise with internal and external auditors as required
