Key Responsibilities of Plant Controller:
- Lead all financial operations for the manufacturing site including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to plant leadership
- Oversee inventory controls, reconciliations, and cost accuracy
- Develop and maintain product costing models and support capital planning initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain to drive efficiency and improvements
Qualifications for Plant Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
- Strong Excel skills with experience in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems
