Your Mission
People Operations Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to assist with the efficient operation of the People Operations team. The People Operations Associate will ensure administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered in a high quality, timely and confidential manner in accordance with the Company’s policies and processes.
Once You’re Here, You Will Be:
- Manage all SSB related processes such as document collection and preparation, monthly report, payment as well as support the employees with SSB benefit claims and sharing SSB related updates and knowledge
- Responsibility for preparing and registering employment contracts as well as contract extensions or amendment when necessary to be in compliance with the labour law
- Manage and update internal databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, promotions, warnings etc.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparation, issue and filing of company documentation
- Ensure the process of Staff loan, In-house medical claim and insurance matters
- Help organize and manage new employee on-boarding, travelling, training programs and team building events
- Perform any additional duties or other relevant tasks as assigned by your line manager
Must-Haves:
- Any bachelor degree with HR related diploma.
- At least 1 year’ experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
- Computer literacy specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point)
- Knowledge of SSB and labour law
- Knowledge of HR software is preferable
- Ability to maintain confidential information
