Contract Payroll Specialist | B2B SaaS | 2–3 Months | Fully Remote
Our client, a high-growth B2B SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Contract Payroll Specialist for a 2–3 month engagement. This role is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.
What You'll Own
- Run end-to-end payroll and manage time and attendance in ADP Workforce Now
- Coordinate with third-party international payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely data submission and review
- Process payroll for certain employee populations in Rippling
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for employees, the People team, and Finance on all payroll-related matters
- Support audit requests including workers' compensation and annual audits
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience running payroll in ADP Workforce Now — this is a must
- Experience managing international payroll through third-party providers
- Proficiency in Rippling
- Strong communication skills — you'll be interfacing across employees, HR, and Finance regularly
- Experience supporting payroll audits and workers' comp filings
- Ability to work independently and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP-HiBob integration a plus
