Job Responsibilities:
Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc. Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory with holdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc. Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals. Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state, and FICA taxes Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing Attention to detail, Fast paced, Project exp- testing exp Payroll exp Number of years of exp: 2- 3 years Top skills- attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency Team culture
– Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings
