We are supporting a small financial planning firm based in Fareham with hiring a paraplanner to join a team of 14 professionals, including 4 Advisers, 2 other Paraplanners, and dedicated support staff. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, compliant financial solutions and building long-term relationships with clients.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner (or strong Trainee Paraplanner) to join their collaborative and supportive team.
You will play a key role in supporting Advisers by providing high-quality technical research and suitability reports, ensuring all client files meet compliance standards, and delivering well-structured solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting both new business and renewals
- Working closely with Advisers to deliver tailored client solutions
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing at 3, 5 and 10 years’ service)
- Annual Discretionary bonus of 7.5% (paid in November, post-probation)
- Employer pension contribution 5% / Employee 3%
- Hybrid working (3 days from home, minimum 1 day per week in the office)

To be considered for this paraplanner opportunity:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or one exam away from completion
- Experience in a Paraplanner role or a strong Trainee Paraplanner ready to step up
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
