Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge and expertise in employee equity compensation plans (Stock Options, Shares, RSUs, and more)
- Process sale transactions for publicly traded companies, including tax calculations and net proceeds determination
- Generate reports for client companies based on their requirements (sales reports, tax reports, employee departures, etc.)
- Handle periodic reporting to the Israeli Tax Authority
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – a significant advantage
- Good English proficiency
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fast learner with the ability to work in a dynamic and intensive environment
