Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with partners for placing their orders
- Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in Zoho as per defined formats and internal approvals.
- Complete Purchase Receives in Zoho, ensuring quantity, rate, and tax details are accurately captured.
- Prepare and process customer/vendor billing in Zoho, maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate and follow up with warehouse teams, finance, clients and other stakeholders to close orders, POs, GRNs, and billing queries.
- Maintain trackers/reports for SOs, POs, GRNs, and invoices to ensure timely closure and zero follow-up gaps.
- Support the operations team in basic data entry, documentation, MIS & follow-ups as required.
About Company: Daalchini is a physical marketplace for traditional Indian home-cooked food, provided by a network of home-based cooks/tiffin services, through the Internet of Things (IoT-based vending machines called DaalchiniHut).
