Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily investment operations, periodic reporting, and general administrative functions.
- Oversee timely and accurate trade processing, reconciliations, corporate actions, and portfolio valuations.
- Maintain the relationship with the outsourced middle and back-office service provider.
- Liaise with external counterparties and service providers.
- Assist with client onboarding and implementation of new funds/accounts.
- Support regulatory compliance matters.
- Help with investor relations and fund marketing activities, including due diligence requests and marketing documents.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
What We Look For:
- University graduate (Business or Finance major preferred).
- Practical, proactive, and “hands-on” mindset with a keen interest in being involved across all aspects of operations.
- Prior experience in asset management, professional services, or the funds industry is an advantage.
- Exposure to compliance, risk management, regulatory reporting, or investor queries is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficient in operational and financial software/tools.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, able to multi-task, and committed to long-term growth with the firm.
