A leading global investment firm located in lower Fairfield County, CT seeks to add a P&L Associate their Operations team due to internal advancement. This role will support daily and monthly P&L reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting across global portfolios and multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly P&L reconciliations between front and back office systems
- Investigate and resolve P&L breaks across asset classes
- Prepare P&L variance reports and communicate key findings
- Finalize portfolio manager P&L in front office systems
- Respond to internal P&L inquiries and support process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product control, P&L, or operations within an investment firm
- Strong knowledge of multiple financial instruments and asset classes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
