We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist to join our finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, driving reporting excellence, and advising multinational clients on ever-evolving regulations — all while using industry-leading tools like One Source.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage UK corporate tax compliance – preparation, review, and submission of returns
• Leverage One Source (OIT) for tax computations and filings
• Conduct in-depth tax research and planning for global corporate clients
• Support tax audits, implement tax-saving strategies, and mitigate risk
• Analyze financial statements, deferred taxes, WHT, and foreign tax credits
• Advise on BEPS, Pillar 2, and Interest Limitation Rules
• Partner with finance, legal, and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Provide support in M&A tax structuring and due diligence
• Mentor junior tax team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
What You Bring:
✔ 5+ years of
hands-on experience
in UK Corporate Taxation and International Tax
✔ Expertise in One Source Corporate Tax Tool
✔ Strong understanding of IFRS GAAP, intercompany transactions, and tax advisory
✔ Experience working with large data sets and financial reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
✔ Familiarity with platforms like SAP, Quick Books, Xero, or Tally
✔ Excellent
communication
and stakeholder management skills
✔ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation (CA/CS is a plus)
✔ Big 4 or MNC experience is a strong advantage
