We are hiring experienced HR & Office Manager for one of clients based in Dubai.

THE ROLE:

As an integral part of the Leadership Team, the HR and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of DHA licensing and liaison in addition to human resources practices and processes. The role involves all elements of DHA liaison in addition to managing activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and is also responsible for ensuring that all administrative activities are efficiently addressed, including office supply and equipment purchasing, file management, administrative support, and related activities. Works closely with Finance and the rest of the Leadership team to ensure efficient delivery of administrative and Human Resources functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

DHA Liaison and Management Medical Professional licensing

• Processing medical license application and activation

• Processing medical license renewal – monitoring license validity

• Ensuring medical professionals are up to date with CPD requirements – sending reminder to the team three months before license renewal

• For new doctors (new to UAE – no DHA license): should be able to assist with SelfAssessment tool, Dataflow process and DHA registration.

• Keeping DHA requirements for licensed medical professionals documents up to date (trainings relevant to practice, licenses (DHA & MMI), BLS certificate, Fire Safety certificate) • Adding professionals to Medical Malpractice insurance (MMI), after license activation licensing

• Processing facility license renewal

Preparation for DHA inspection after renewal – liaising with Operations Manager for compliance

• Process application for any amendments to facility license e.g. adding speciality, changes in rooms • Sharing DHA updates to the Operations Manager to inform wider team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent knowledge of Dubai Health Authority, UAE labour law and HR best practices

• Previous experience in DHA licensing, HR and Administration role in a medical facility

• People oriented, results driven, and excellent time management skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Attention to detail

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
