Our Client
Our client is a well-established global financial services organisation with a strong presence in Dublin. Due to continued growth within the finance team, they are seeking a Newly Qualified Financial Accountant to join a high-performing finance function. This position offers broad exposure across financial reporting, regulatory reporting and business partnering while working alongside experienced finance professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Who should apply?
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
• Newly qualified with 0–2 years' PQE
• Practice trained with Financial Services audit experience or industry trained within Financial Services
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career within Financial Services
• Experience within investment management, funds or asset management would be advantageous but is not essential
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into senior members of the finance team, responsibilities will include:
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting deliverables
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
• Assisting with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Assisting with finance projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Analysing financial data and providing insight to support business decision-making
• Supporting the continued development of the finance function
