About the Role:

We are looking for a commercially sharp dealmaker to join our New Business team. This is not a back-office finance role, it's a seat at the table where deals get built. You will be responsible for developing rigorous financial models and deal frameworks that shape how we engage potential partners, investors, and co-developers. You'll work closely with senior leadership to stress-test assumptions, structure terms, and ensure every opportunity we pursue is financially sound and strategically compelling before we ever enter a negotiation room.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial modeling and feasibility analysis for new business opportunities.
  • Structure deal frameworks, financial scenarios and sensitivity analysis to support and strengthen negotiation positions with potential partners.
  • Translate complex financial outputs into clear, executive-ready presentations and investment memos.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to align deal structures with operational and regulatory realities.
  • Perform market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities.
  • Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial screening through term sheet and into execution.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate M&A/strategy, or a closely related deal-driven environment.
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields from reputable universities. MBA, CFA, or master’s degree in a related field is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to build and interrogate complex financial models from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English and presentation skills. Able to distill complex analysis into crisp narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial instincts – you understand how deals work, not just how numbers work.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and across functions – you know how to move a deal forward without a perfect playbook.
  • A genuine interest in property & urban development, retail, or new business building – not just the transaction itself.
