Who we are
We are responsible for overseeing Hyundai Motor Group's large-scale future new business investment project being promoted domestically in Korea. We consolidate cutting-edge value chains—including AI data centers, clean hydrogen (water electrolysis), renewable energy (solar power), and robot manufacturing—at a single location, and we are tasked with designing and building a self-sufficient industrial ecosystem based on renewable energy.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will establish new corporations (SPCs), support investor attraction, analyze market and financial data, and manage board and IR operations.
■ Corporate Establishment & Investment Planning
- Executing practical procedures for establishing new corporations such as SPCs
- Planning investment structures and fundraising strategies
■ Investor Attraction & IR Support
- Engaging with domestic and international investors (investment banks, asset management companies, policy finance institutions, etc.)
- Supporting IR material preparation and stakeholder communication
■ Market Analysis & Board Operations
- Analyzing market and financial data
- Supporting board and executive reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, investment, IB, PE, or corporate finance
- Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
- Entity establishment, financing, financial modeling, IR, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IB, PE, accounting firms, or strategy consulting
- Experience in PF & infrastructure finance
- Able to conduct IR in English
- Advanced financial-modeling capability
