WHO WE ARE
First Colony has been opening doors for homeowners since 1984. What started as a single-minded commitment to making homeownership more accessible has grown into one of Utah’s most recognized mortgage and home services companies — and we’re just getting started.
But what really sets us apart isn’t our track record. It’s our culture. At First Colony, we believe that creativity fuels great work — and that creativity thrives when people feel free to be themselves. We love music in all its forms, and we celebrate the individual tastes that make our team unique. That same spirit of authenticity and expression shapes how we show up for our customers — with clarity, creativity, and genuine care.
We’re not just a mortgage company. We’re a team of people who love what they do, take pride in doing it well, and believe that the best work happens when you bring your whole self to the table.
