Duties & Responsibilities
- Send application package to potential borrowers.
- Process loan applications.
- Submit loans through Arive
- Review borrower docs and prepare for underwriter submission.
- Obtain all conditions required from borrowers. Income docs, banks statement, paycheck stubs, etc
- Review income.
- Answer all borrower related questions.
- Order appraisal.
- Communicate with escrow.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a loan processor.
- Knowledge of basic loan processing procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding real estate and privacy, including Reg Z and RESPA.
- Understanding of LOS.
