Position: Montreal Billing Analyst – Bilingual Role

You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure efficient billing operations across a dynamic project portfolio. The role requires you to provide expert guidance on billing structures, monitor financial performance, and engage in financial reconciliation. Your analytical mindset will be vital in managing multiple project financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue accurate end-to-end project invoices
• Review and verify billing inputs such as hours and rates
• Collaborate with Project Managers for effective billing guidance
• Track WIP, cash flow, and receivables
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant billing or finance experience
• Fluent in both French and English
• Understanding of fixed fee and hourly billing structures
• Strong Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables
• Ability to build relationships and a detail-oriented approach
