We are working with a well-established organisation seeking a Finance Analyst with strong financial modelling skills to support valuation and reporting across a diversified portfolio of projects.
This role offers exposure to complex transactions, external stakeholder reporting and data-driven decision making in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for portfolio assets, updating for actual performance and forward-looking assumptions.
- Prepare regular reporting packs for lenders and internal stakeholders, including key project metrics and covenant monitoring.
- Support annual valuation and audit processes with external advisors.
- Contribute to board and investor reporting and track record analysis across funds and projects.
- Provide ad hoc modelling and analysis to support strategic and commercial decisions.
Key Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in finance, investment or similar analytical roles.
- Strong Excel-based modelling and valuation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Relevant degree in finance, engineering or a related discipline.
