CarterPierce is leading a Director of M&A search for a rapidly scaling, investor-backed healthcare services platform executing a highly active acquisition strategy.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will lead and support all aspects of the acquisition process, including sourcing, relationship development, valuation, diligence, negotiation, transaction execution, and integration planning. The role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders to drive inorganic growth initiatives across a rapidly expanding platform.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with physicians and practice owners to source and execute acquisitions
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Lead negotiations and guide physician partners through the transaction process
- Develop financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
- Manage diligence processes and coordinate third-party advisors
- Structure and execute transactions while optimizing deal outcomes
- Partner with business development and executive leadership to drive M&A strategy
Preferred Background
- 2+ years of investment banking experience
- ience2+ years of private equity or buy-side investing experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- High EQ and relationship-oriented communication skills
- Experience managing complex diligence and transaction processes
- Ability to operate autonomously in high-volume transaction environments
- Preferred educational pedigree includes top undergraduate programs and/or MBA programs
