Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisor, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The M&A Advisor will making information memorandum and due financial advisory tasks related to potential mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include consulting clients on strategic investments, conducting market and financial analysis, reviewing accounting and compliance documentation, and preparing reports to support informed decision-making. Collaboration with internal and external teams is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Experience in consulting and providing strategic advice to clients.
- Proficiency in finance and expertise in conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
