Loxley Partners are working with a US elite boutique investment bank seeking to hire an Associate into its high-performing FinTech M&A team in London.
This is an opportunity to advise founders, financial sponsors and leading financial technology businesses on high-profile domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, working alongside some of the sector’s most experienced bankers. The role is full-time onsite.
Candidates should have:
• 2–5 years’ investment banking experience in a top-tier environment
• Significant deal experience in FinTech and / or FIG sell-side M&A
• Strong M&A execution experience and financial modelling skills
• An excellent academic record and a genuine interest in the FinTech sector
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
