Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Corporate Advisory and M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investment facilitation
  • Support deal origination and business development in collaboration with internal teams such as sector bankers
  • Advise clients on transaction structuring, valuation considerations, and strategic alternatives
  • Manage end‑to‑end deal execution, including due diligence coordination, financial analysis, negotiations, and transaction documentation
  • Prepare and review pitch books, information memoranda, financial models, and client presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (risk, compliance, legal, credit) and external parties (advisors, consultants, regulators)
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to strengthening internal advisory capabilities

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) are an advantage
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes, transaction structuring, and financial analysis, including cross‑border transactions
  • Proven track record in executing transactions and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to support informed decision‑making
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and preparation of high‑quality presentation materials
