Position
Join the Dior Benelux & Nordics head office team in Amsterdam as a Marketing intern! You’ll support ongoing events, collaborate with different teams, and learn how global marketing strategies come to life. It’s a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and creative environment.
Job responsibilities
What You'll Do
- CRM & Database
- Supporting in the creation of Weekly/Quarterly reporting per boutique & Sales Assistant
- Supporting with data extractions and layout of reporting
- Analysing data and providing insights
- Supporting the local boutiques with their database & questions
- Retail Events
- Sourcing, contacting and negotiating with suppliers based on provided guidelines
- Creating proposals of events, ensuring follow-up and validations
- Executing local events from set-up to teardown in Amsterdam
- Reporting results, gathering feedback and learnings
- Budgeting, managing Purchasing Orders & following up with Accounting and Finance
- Client’s Development
- Organizing local experiences for Clients in liaison with existing or new suppliers incl. birthday packs, wedding gifts, etc.
- Managing the dispatch of Clients’ gifts and tracking per boutique
- Supporting in the creation of hospitality programs for Fashion Shows & International Events incl. booking hotels, chauffeurs, etc.
- Following up on Fashion Shows orders with boutiques
Profile
What You Need
- Currently studying Master’s student in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (incl. V-Look-Up, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and agile in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-driven and a collaborative team player
- Fluent in English (C1+), knowledge of any additional languages (i.e., Dutch, French, Swedish or Norwegian) is an advantage
