Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Managing Director role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Managing Director will oversee strategic growth, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional financial planning services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading team development, driving financial performance, and representing the company in the community to build partnerships and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership experience, team development skills, and the ability to oversee cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and Financial Planning: Expertise in business strategy development, budget management, financial analysis, and goal setting.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
