Position: Manager / Senior Manager Internal Audit
Roles and responsibilities
Lead investigations for whistle blower complaints
Drive Fraud risk Management activities through pro-active process reviews and Fraud
risk assessment
Support CIA in Enterprise Risk Management activities
Lead In house Data analytics:
Design and implement data analytics framework across processes / across Pidilite Group to strengthen internal controls
Implement advanced data analytics solution through use of internal / external technology to support trend / pattern analytics, continuous controls monitoring
Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders to sustain analytics process
Identify process gaps / vulnerabilities based on investigations and drive process improvements
Lead inhouse internal audit assignments / business process reviews as assigned by CIA
Lead the IFC activities for PIL and Subsidiaries for assigned processes / subsidiaries
Role Understanding
– CA qualified from 2014 to 2017 batch with max 2 attempts
Qualifications like CISA / CIA /CFE will be added advantage
Exposure to analytics tools like ACL / Idea and SQL / Python is preferred
At least Last 3 years should be with industry sectors like Mfg / FMCG / Pharma / Chemical with exposure to various audit domains like internal audit, investigations, data analytics
Candidate from NBFC / Banking sector can be considered in case they have experience of implementing advanced data analytics solutions with Artificial intelligence / Machine learning capabilities
Qualification – CA Qualified with 2014 to 2017 batch pass out
