We offer a full continuum of care, from pre-engagement to alumni support, helping individuals rebuild their lives through treatment, education, and ongoing support. Programs are delivered both on-site and virtually across British Columbia.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager of Finance is the organization’s financial lead and a key member of the leadership team. This role provides strategic financial oversight, supports decision-making, and ensures the organization’s financial sustainability.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced, independent finance leader who wants to have a meaningful impact in the addictions and mental health sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
  • Manage cash flow and financial forecasts
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
  • Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Advise leadership on financial strategy and decision-making
  • Monitor grants, contracts, and reporting requirements
  • Identify efficiencies and improve financial processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA (or in progress) with 3–5+ years of experience
  • 2+ years in a management role
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
  • Non-profit and/or government funding experience is required
