We are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who thrives on driving insights and improving financial performance. Responsibilities
- Own monthly financial close and reporting, including revenue recognition, accruals, and work‑in‑progress (WIP)
- Review monthly P&Ls and Balance Sheets and explain variances against forecasts
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for global consolidation in accordance with corporate reporting requirements
- Analyze various schedules within the global reporting package to ensure flows and controls are validated
- Oversee client billing and financial analysis
- Partner closely with Project Managers to monitor project progress by tracking actual hours against sold and planned hours
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing re‑forecasting processes
- Enter budgets and update forecasts in global reporting tools
- Lead semi‑annual intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies across global entities
- Strengthen internal controls by proactively identifying control weaknesses and implementing process improvements
- Deliver insightful analysis and value‑added reporting to support executive decision‑making
- Support internal and external audits, including coordination and documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive the modernization of finance operations through technology and automation
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, SFA, or in a similar role
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with full month‑end close, financial reporting, and FP&A
- CPA, CA, or CMA designation is an asset
- Experience in a creative or agency environment is an asset
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
- Knowledge of Agresso (Unit4) is an asset, but not required
- Strong ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Corporate tax knowledge (e.g., provision calculations, SR&ED credits) is an asset

The base salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 to $110,000, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
