We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Manager, Finance to join an established financial services organisation based in Bermuda.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take on a varied role supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, providing financial insight and contributing to a range of operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, management information, and business performance metrics
- Support the preparation of financial statements, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support decision-making
- Assist with finance projects, process improvements, and other business initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience with direct Finance and/or Accounting experience within the Financial Services sector
- Experience within the (re)insurance and/or captive insurance industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
