Position Overview
As the Manager of Accounts Receivable, you will supervise and drive the performance of the Accounts Receivable function, optimizing the end-to-end accounts receivable and cash management function to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. his is your opportunity to drive process improvements, lead system automation initiatives, and partner cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations to enhance financial performance and reporting. You’ll bring strong expertise in accounts receivable operations, team leadership, and financial analysis to support business growth at CELSIUS®.

Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in accounts receivable or cash management, including 3+ years leading or managing a team
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with cash management systems, AR automation, and intelligent receivables platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and SDLC processes preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs such as DSO, aging reports, and cash application metrics
- Experience with ERP systems, BlackLine, or similar financial tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across finance, sales, and operations
- Ability to identify root causes, resolve discrepancies, and improve process efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, deductions, and credit memo processing
- Oversee cash management reporting, including DSO, aging analysis, and performance metrics to support financial decision-making
- Drive automation initiatives for intelligent receivables, including payment application and deduction processing optimization
- Monitor month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for invoicing, collections, and AR processes
- Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment issues
- Maintain and improve customer master data and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support internal and external audit activities
- Manage customer deductions, approvals, and issue resolution, including EDI errors and missing documentation
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support leadership insights
- Support training initiatives, develop documentation, and lead onboarding for AR tools and processes
- Administer customer programs, maintain contract documentation, and ensure audit readiness
- Track aging balances, recommend write-offs, and conduct billing and payment trend analysis

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
