- Process-wise inventory tracking on job basis on real-time.
- Necessary quality data collect, assess and record according to the job on real-time.
- Job-wise dyes and chemicals consumption follow-up, assessment and recording.
- Close supervision of waste (fabrics, dyes & chemicals, utility) and maintain records and report to the authority.
- Keep close monitoring of dyes and chemical sub-store for justification of job-wise consumption to prevent unauthorized consumption.
- This is a shift-based job; therefore, the applicant must cover all activities during his shift and properly hand over responsibilities to the next shift in-charge so that nothing remains out of record.
- All information should be presented to the authority on a regular basis so that management can take decisions on time.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: laundry operations, textile industry knowledge, garment industry knowledge, technical knowledge of garment production, production management, inventory management, textile inspection, inventorymanagement, dyeing process, dyeing processes
