RMErecruitare partnering with a premier Construction SME to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to their high-performing team. RMErecruitis working exclusively on this role. This is a key commercial position for a professional who enjoys working closely with Directors in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will join a hardworking, welcoming finance department within a business known for its positive culture and modern outlook.
Key Responsibilities Management Accounts:
Full monthly production, including
WIP analysis and project profitability. Strategic Insight:
Partner with the Board to provide financial data that drives growth and contract performance. Process Improvement:
Modernise financial systems and strengthen internal controls. Financial Planning:
Manage annual budgets and maintain robust cash flow forecasts.
Collaboration:
Act as the financial link between the office and site management. Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Strong background as a Management Accountant, ideally within Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing. Technical
Skills:
Advanced Excel user with a knack for improving financial systems. Communication:
Ability to present clear financial performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Qualification:
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified (or Finalist). Highly experienced QBE candidates are also encouraged to apply. Benefits Direct Influence:
