An international consultancy is seeking a newly qualified Management Accountant to join its growing finance team.
This is a highly commercial role that combines ownership of month-end close and reporting with meaningful business partnering across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support international entities through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of month-end close and management reporting
- Preparation of monthly accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders and project teams
- Budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis
- Driving improvements across reporting, controls, and finance processes
- Supporting tax, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
About You
- Newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Background within a professional services environment
- Strong management accounting and month-end close experience
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards advantageous
