We’re looking for a Management Accountant to take ownership of finance within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment. This role sits at the heart of the business, turning data into insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting operational decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and produce monthly management accounts
- Lead cost accounting (standard costing, labour rates, supplier pricing, BOM support)
- Analyse and report on material, labour, overhead and PPV variances
- Manage inventory, stock valuation, and E&O
- Deliver sales, pricing and margin analysis
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
- Manage intercompany reporting and transfer pricing
- Oversee fixed assets and investment analysis
- Support audit, tax and statutory reporting
- Work closely with operations, production, procurement and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Management Accountant role
- Strong background in manufacturing / cost accounting
- Comfortable across both transactional and commercial finance
- Ability to turn data into insight and challenge operational decisions
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE)
- Power BI / D365 experience beneficial
