Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential support in the planning, development, and execution of our real estate portfolio in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project coordination, a strong desire to learn operational best practices, and excellent communication skills to in coordinating with internal and external brands. A keen interest in the Japanese retail landscape and real estate market is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support & Process Adherence: Support daily operations for real estate, facilities, and sustainability by assisting with administrative processes, record-keeping, and communication. Help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and facilitate cross-departmental coordination for project delivery.
  • Real Estate Project Coordination: Assist in managing property-related projects from initiation to completion, supporting daily operational activities, administrative tasks, and coordinating effective communication across departments. This includes record-keeping, facilitating internal and external communications, and helping prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Cost Control & Budget Support: Assist in developing and managing budgets for property projects and operations. Support the implementation of cost-saving strategies, track expenses, and help ensure financial accountability.
  • Sustainability Support: Provide support in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across properties. Assist with environmental assessments, compliance with green building standards (e.g., LEED), and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate administration, project coordination, or a related field. Prior experience in retail industry is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business Administration).
  • Technical: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with AutoCAD is a must, and experience under sustainability frameworks is a plus.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Language: Business level in both Japanese and English
