Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support supply chain operations, financial analysis, and claims management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics
- Identify root causes for discrepancies between actuals and forecasts
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to leadership
- Investigate and validate claims, including documentation review
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve and recover claims
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP systems
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, planning, risk management, or finance (preferred)

- Ability to analyze data using basic accounting and mathematical principles
