Loan Funding Manager Jobs in Wakefield, UK at The Coast Partnership Ltd
This is an immediately available opportunity offered on an initial 6 month contract basis within a specialist lending operation. The role is centred within Treasury Management, Loan Completion and the funding process. Liaise with senior funders on all matters relating to the revolving credit lines and the various facilities. Monthly preparation of IPD documentation. Liaise with the underwriting team to monitor and forecast daily, weekly and monthly loan completions.
Manage all loan data tapes. Audit preparation. Monthly reporting. Respond to any Funder queries. Liaise with the finance team to monitor capital funds available to complete new loans. Liaise with the Servicing team to monitor and forecast loan redemptions. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system. Assist shareholder/investor management in Investor Relations Manager’s absence Ad hoc administration and projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a lender. Interviews are available immediately.
