We're looking for a Loan Documentation Officer to join our Consumer & Corporate Loan Operations Team and play a key role in ensuring loan documents are accurate, compliant, and processed on time.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review credit and collateral documents for approved loan accounts
- Ensure timely release of documents in compliance with internal policies and BSP regulations
- Review account requirements, verify signatures, and follow up missing documents
- Coordinate with external partners for collateral registration and annotation
- Endorse accounts for operativity and assist with loan monitoring activities
- Support audits, reporting, and account inquiries
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of Business, Banking & Finance, Law, or related courses
- Preferably with Banking experience
- Knowledge of credit or BSP policies is an advantage
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail‑driven, trustworthy, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication skills
