Gym owners partner with WTF, keep their ownership, and get our brand, technology, marketing, and operations systems in return. It is one of the most powerful B2B partnerships in the Indian fitness industry.

We are scaling the Powered Gym network aggressively. As we grow, the relationship with our gym owner partners becomes increasingly important — and the Key Account Manager is the person responsible for that relationship.

THE ROLE — KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Key Account Manager owns the relationship between WTF and its Powered Gym partners. You are the most important person in the life of a Powered Gym owner once they have signed — you are their single point of contact at WTF, their advocate inside the company, and the person responsible for ensuring they get the value they were promised when they joined.

But this is not a passive relationship management role. You are also accountable for the commercial performance of your accounts. Your Powered Gym partners must hit their revenue targets, grow their member base, and renew their agreements with WTF. That commercial outcome is your responsibility as much as theirs.

If you are someone who builds genuine trust with business owners, who understands both the relationship and the revenue side of account management, and who is comfortable having hard conversations when a partner is underperforming — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own a portfolio of WTF Powered Gym partner accounts — your accounts, your relationships, your commercial responsibility

• Conduct regular structured check-ins with every partner gym owner — reviewing their business health, identifying challenges, and working through solutions

• Monitor the performance of your portfolio: member growth, renewal rates, PT revenue, daily footfall, WTF OS usage — and take action when any metric trends wrong

• Be the first escalation point for partner gym issues — operational, financial, technology, staff-related — and coordinate resolution across WTF's internal teams

• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio — WTF Supplements, WTF Academy placements, WTF Amplify advertising, additional services

• Manage contract renewals — build the case for renewal well in advance, handle objections, and secure the continuation of the partnership

• Work closely with the Operations Executive and Cluster Manager to ensure your partners receive what WTF promised them

• Represent the voice of the partner gym owner internally at WTF — if a partner is facing a systemic problem, you flag it to leadership and push for a fix

• Onboard newly signed Powered Gym partners — set the right expectations, walk them through the WTF ecosystem, and ensure their first 90 days are successful

• Prepare and present monthly account health reports to leadership

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 3 to 6 years of account management, client success, or B2B relationship management experience

• Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of SME or business owner accounts — not just corporate enterprise accounts

• Strong commercial awareness — you understand P&L, revenue targets, and the metrics that drive a small business's health

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English — most partner gym owners communicate in Hindi; internal reporting is in English

• Comfortable having difficult conversations — when a partner is not performing or is not following WTF protocols, you address it directly and professionally

• Strong problem-solving instinct — you do not wait for someone to tell you how to fix something. You assess, decide, and act.

• Organised — you manage a portfolio of 15-25 accounts simultaneously and nothing falls through

Preferred:

• Experience in fitness, wellness, franchise, or hospitality industry

• Experience with CRM tools and account health dashboards

• Experience managing franchise partner or dealer network accounts

• Understanding of gym business operations

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month

Incentives: Performance-linked on portfolio revenue growth and renewal targets

Location: Delhi NCR — mix of field visits and office time

Reporting To: Powered Gyms Head / VP Partnerships

Joining: Immediate to 30 days
