Daily Responsibilities:
Daily Operation
Balance the entitlement received from multiple depositories/agents/issuers
Review entitlements to ensure correct application of tax rules and that payments are balanced with the paying agent
Post entitlements into clients’ accounts on date of receipt or where not possible ensuring strict adherence to protocol
Ensure payment files are fully documented, complete and closed in a timely manner
Risk Control
Investigate and reconcile all cash and asset breaks in a timely manner
Ensure all critical issues are identified to the management team to ensure risk containment
Review policies and procedures on a consistent basis and update where required
Client Services
Collaborate with other teams in the department to ensure entitlements are delivered in a timely and accurate manner, creating optimal client experience
Ensure the Entitlement Support Services Team is kept appraised of all potential client facing issues (outstanding payments, discrepancies with the paying agent, etc.)
