We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Reporting Officer to strengthen our Finance team in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for a candidate with initial experience in audit and accounting who is eager to learn and develop within an international finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Prepare Excel schedules, reconciliations, and supporting analysis for senior team members
- Support reporting and consolidation activities at group level
- Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial data validation.
- Support audits of small subsidiaries, including preparation of supporting documentation
- Coordinate bank confirmations and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash movements and perform bank reconciliations.
- Contribute to ad hoc finance, reporting, and business projects.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2–3 years of professional experience in audit, preferably with a Big Four firm.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and a sound understanding of IFRS.
- Strong Excel skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.;
