We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Junior Investment Accounting Specialist to assist with maintaining the list of investment fund participants, recording transactions involving financial instruments, and monitoring daily settlements. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals in finance, economics, mathematics, or accounting who wish to deepen their knowledge in the areas of investment accounting, financial instrument analytics, and fund administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the list of investment fund participants and recording transactions
• Recording financial instrument transactions and material events
• Recording and monitoring daily settlements
• Processing client fund deposits and transfers
• Preparing and submitting various reports (to clients, regulatory authorities, etc.)
• Participating in various internal projects and improving existing processes.
We are looking for:
• A degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word is required
• A positive attitude and excellent time management skills
• Diligence, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Good command of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of financial instruments (fixed-income and equity securities, alternative investments) is a plus.
