POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional coming from a manufacturing or retail background who thrives on adding value, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the full finance function
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with IFRS
- Support cash flow management and working capital optimisation
- Partner with operations to improve profitability and efficiencies
- Assist with audits and statutory requirements
- Mentor and support junior finance team members
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- Minimum 2–5 years’ post-articles experience
- Experience within manufacturing or retail (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of costing, stock, and operational finance
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
