Responsibilities
- Day to day identification and escalation of quality issues/risks
- Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and management
- Carry out service charge and other cost reconciliations
- Utility cost tracking and re-charging
- Regular reporting on property expenditures and lease contract data
- Carry out appropriate tenant recharge calculations on time and in line with supporting legal documentation
- Invoicing, documentation
- To provide advice / support to other team members to enable and ensure their contribution to outputs and adherence to procedures
- Preparation and calculation of finance amendments
- Ensuring client and internal quality procedures are followed
- Ad hoc reporting upon request, Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly reports & KPI reports
- Preparing and presenting reports to be distributed to senior management and clients
- Actively participate to Business Development of the team by providing new opportunities / products
Qualifications
- BSC/MSC degree required – Finance/economics degree is an advantage
- English language (upper intermediate)
- Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage
