Title: Junior Financial Analyst Baltics

The purpose of the position is to support the FP&A activities of Tamro Baltics, including financial performance monitoring, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes. The position will report to the Head of FP&A and will be based in Kaunas.
Main responsibilities:
· Support monthly financial closing and management reporting processes
· Assist in profitability, sales, and cost analysis
· Prepare regular financial reports, analyses, and management presentations
· Support budgeting and forecasting activities across Baltic entities
· Assist in preparing business cases
To succeed in this role, you need:
· Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field is required
· Previous work experience or internship experience in a relevant field is considered an advantage
· Good Excel skills; willingness to develop advanced analytical and reporting capabilities
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Analytical and logical thinking skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
· Good English, both written and spoken
