Company and Job Description: An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Financial Accountant to join a growing finance team in Bryanston. This role is ideal for a recent graduate, article clerk, or junior accounting professional looking to build strong commercial experience across the full accounting function. You'll work alongside experienced finance professionals, gaining exposure to management accounting, financial reporting, payroll support, and month-end processes within a supportive environment that encourages learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Assist with monthly management accounts Process journals and perform reconciliations Support month-end and year-end reporting Assist with payroll processing Prepare VAT and statutory schedules Maintain accurate financial records Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting or Advanced Diploma Experience: 1+ year's accounting experience or completed articles Skills & Competencies: Management accounts exposure Payroll experience advantageous Microsoft Excel proficiency Fluent in Afrikaans and English Energetic, bubbly, collaborative personality Apply now!
