🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB)
- Support BAS (Business Activity Statement) preparation and tax compliance
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Working towards or completed CA / CPA Australia / ACCA qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Knowledge of AASB, GST, and Australian tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, SAP, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full working rights in Australia
