We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial administration, particularly in a fast-paced and international work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare invoices, billing statements, and payment schedules
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Support payroll coordination and expense tracking
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Australian, US, or international clients
- Familiarity with GST/BAS or offshore accounting processes
